These terms apply to this website and purchases made directly through it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Original artworks
Each listed painting is a one-of-one original. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed. If a genuine availability or pricing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellation and return rights are explained in the Refund Policy.
Copyright
Buying an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece, not copyright or reproduction rights. Website text and images may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or attempt unauthorised access. External services such as Stripe operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
