Shipping Policy
Every painting is an original and is packed individually with care.
Delivery arrangements
Available delivery options and any charge are confirmed at checkout or directly after purchase if specialist art transport is needed. Orders are sent to the delivery address supplied during checkout.
Dispatch and tracking
We will confirm the expected dispatch and delivery timing for your artwork. Where the selected service provides tracking, the tracking information will be shared after dispatch. UK distance-selling rules require delivery within 30 days unless a different time is agreed with you.
On arrival
Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery where possible. If the package or artwork appears damaged, take photographs and contact us promptly. Keep all packaging while the matter is investigated.
