Lana works in various mediums - including textured acrylics and expressive gouache on stretched canvas or fine art surfaces. Because each commissioned painting is custom-tailored to individual dimensions and colour requests, Lana purchases bespoke canvas stretchers, specialised pigments, and reserves dedicated studio time. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins to reserve your slot and cover these initial preparation costs. The remaining 75% balance is only payable upon completion and your full approval of the finished artwork before delivery.

Yes, tracked courier delivery across mainland UK is included in the price. We use trusted courier partners specialising in art and fragile goods to ensure prompt, careful transit.
Each original piece is carefully wrapped in archival acid-free glassine paper, thick layers of shock-absorbent cushioning, heavy-duty rigid corner protectors, and double-walled heavy-duty art shipping boxes.
Because Lana works across different mediums and surfaces - including stretched canvas and mounted fine art surfaces - framing and display specifications are detailed on each artwork page. Stretched canvases feature painted edges that can hang unframed for a contemporary look or fit into a floating tray frame, while works on paper or panel look beautiful in traditional glazing and mount frames.
For ready-to-ship original paintings bought directly through the website, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return the piece, and a further 14 days to return it in original condition and packaging. Please contact Lana first for safe return guidance. Custom bespoke commissions (with a 25% non-refundable deposit) are created specifically to your personal specifications and are non-refundable once completed and approved.
Original paintings in acrylic, gouache, or mixed media should be kept out of direct prolonged midday sunlight and away from damp areas or heat sources. Clean canvases with a light, dry microfibre cloth; framed works behind glass can be cleaned with a standard glass cleaner applied to the cloth.
Please inspect the outer box upon delivery. In the rare event of transit damage, take photographs of the exterior packaging and the artwork immediately, retain all boxing materials, and email Lana at lanaevans@outlook.com so we can arrange prompt collection, repair, or full refund.
